Terms

Draft. This text will be reviewed before trustmy opens to everyone.

These terms apply when you use trustmy. The service is in beta and may change.

The service

trustmy sends SMS from Danish mobile phones. The sender is a phone number, and your company name goes first in the message.

To protect the numbers we send with pauses, stay quiet between 21:00 and 08:00, and keep a daily limit per phone.

You may only send marketing to people who have given consent. Bought lists are not allowed.

Adult content, gambling, fraud or anything illegal is not allowed.

You must honour opt-outs. trustmy automatically blocks numbers that reply STOP.

The phone tier is free during the beta. If that changes, you will be told well before it takes effect.

We do our best to get messages through but cannot guarantee delivery, because it depends on the mobile network.

We may close accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time.
